Garfield Heights Water Damage

This residence suffered water damage caused by the failure of a supply line to the toilet.  Water always travels the path of least resistance therefore not only did the water damage the first floor bathroom it traveled into the basement of the home.  SERVPRO’s Field Team made up of highly qualified field technicians provided the mitigation services.  The mitigation process revealed the subfloor of the bathroom was saturated, for proper drying the bathroom’s floor covering would need to be removed.  To remove the floor covering the toilet and vanity would need to be removed as well. After the mitigation was complete, SERVPRO’s Construction Division stepped in to do the necessary repairs.
